1. Digital Products (Image Packs & Custom Designs)

All purchases are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds cannot be issued for digital downloads or completed design work.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, we’ll resend the files promptly at no extra cost.
2. Revisions & Satisfaction

Each Image Pack includes a set number of revisions (outlined on the product page).

Revisions are designed to refine the existing design, not to start a new project.

Additional revisions beyond what is included will be subject to extra charges.
3. Cancellations

If you cancel an order before work has started, you may request a full refund.

Once work has started, the payment is non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted only in rare cases, such as:

Duplicate orders made in error.

Accidental overpayment.

A proven failure to deliver the agreed service.
