Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 11/09/2025

At Teddy Visualz, all of our products and services are delivered digitally. This means you will never be charged for physical shipping, and all orders are fulfilled online.

 

1. Payment & Order Processing

  • Full payment is required at checkout before any design work begins.

  • Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and added to our design queue.

  • You will receive an email confirmation along with your Image Pack Checklist, which must be completed and returned before work starts.

 

2. Delivery of Digital Products​

  • Custom Image Packs are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page (usually between 2-3 business days, depending on the package).

  • All final files will be sent via email in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, or as agreed).

 

3. Revisions & Final Delivery

  • Each Image Pack includes a set number of revisions, as detailed on the product page.

  • Once final designs are approved and delivered, the project is considered complete.

 

4. No Physical Shipping

As a digital design studio, we do not send any physical goods. All products are delivered electronically.
